On April 2, 2021, the Higher People's Court of Guangdong Province publicly ruled that Zhijia Company infringed the software copyright of Sindin Company.
Judgment 1: The defendant, Zhijia Company, is required to immediately stop infringing the software copyright of Sindin Company's "Video Contact Angle Meter Software V2.4.0", including copying and distributing infringing acts, and immediately destroy the infringing software.
Judgment 2: Zhijia Company is required to compensate Sindin Company for its economic losses and the reasonable expenses incurred by Shengding Company to stop the infringement in a total of 150,000 yuan.

On September 27, 2021, the Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China publicly ruled that Puset Company infringed the software copyright of Sindin Company.
Judgment 1: The defendant Puset Company immediately stopped copying and distributing the acts that infringed the software copyright of the plaintiff Sindin Company's "Video Contact Angle Tester Software V2.4.0",And immediately stop the manufacture and sale of PT-705A model standard water drop angle tester products containing the copyright software of "Video Contact Angle Tester Software V2.4.0".
Judgment 2: The defendant Puset Company published a statement on the homepage of its official website regarding the infringement of the software copyright of Sindin Company to eliminate the influence.
Judgment 3: The defendant Puset Company compensated Sindin Company for economic losses and reasonable expenses for rights protection totaling 500,000 yuan.
On October 9, 2021, through mediation presided over by the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court of Guangdong Province, the plaintiff Sindin Company and the defendant Xinhengsen Company reached a settlement.
The conditions are as follows:
Condition 1: The defendant Xinhengsen Company immediately stopped the alleged infringement from the date of signing the agreement。
Condition 2: Defendant Xinhengsen Company paid RMB 200,000 for settlement to plaintiff Sindin Company.
